Center Cut Steakhouse at The Flamingo

Opening April 1, 2012, The Flamingo will see “Center Cut Steakhouse” open in their fabulous Casino & Hotel. Center Cut Steakhouse will replace The Burger Joint near the sportsbook and the Tropical Breeze Cafe. The new upscale steakhouse joins the Flamingo at a very exciting time, as Caesars Entertainment ramps up the extensive upgrades to the Flamingo to coincide with 550 Million dollar Project Linq which is currently being developed. Other upgrades have included new room models “Fab Luxury Rooms”, as well as the opening of “Carlos n Charlies Las Vegas“. The steakhouse will have up to 175 seats.

Center Cut Steakhouse has been decorated in black and white, and has a lot of Classic Vegas pics on display.  The main focal point of the restaurant will of course the the food. The menu, which can be found here, will feature the likes of 20 oz ribeye and 24 oz poterhouse steaks. All the cuts are premium beef from Aspen Ridge Farms located in Colorado. There are no steroids or hormones pumped into these animals, so it should be delicious! Currently we are unsure how these cuts will stack up to other Steakhouses (such as Gordon Ramsay Steak) in Vegas which are putting out USDA Prime, but more on this to come!

As with any high end steakhouse, Center Cut Steakhouse will also feature some amazing seafood selections, including Scallops, Salmon, Maine Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Oysters and a whole lot more. Along with the seafood, there will of course be chicken offered, as well as a Kobe burger, Rack of Lamb, etc etc.See the menu for more info!

Total Rewards is present at this Caesars Entertainment property, and Center Cut Steakhouse is providing separate pricing to Total Rewards Members. Yes, if you are a member, you will actually pay LESS than non-members. So bring your players card with you!
