Guests will feel Forever Fabulous in Flamingo’s newly remodeled FAB rooms. Stylish décor meets simple luxury with splashes of signature Flamingo pink and wood-toned floors and furnishings throughout the 350-square-foot space. Contemporary chaise lounges, patterned rugs, chic lighting and vintage Vegas framed artwork create an ultra-modern setting. Upgraded beds feature extra-soft pillow-top mattresses with plush linens and faux fur throws for the ultimate comfort. Rooms are also equipped with 32-inch flat screen Plasma televisions. Upgraded rooms include sweeping views of the Las Vegas Strip.

Opened in 1946, the Flamingo was the first hotel in Las Vegas and holds a lot of history. This is part of the reason Caesars Entertainment has decided to spend $550 million on Project Linq. The project had orignally been planned even larger, but when the economy crumbled in Las Vegas, plans had changed. This is when the first set of renovations to the Flamingo had started with their “Go Rooms”. Read more about “Project Linq” here

Just stayed at the Flamingo, stayed in a so called luxury go room. The flooring was not wood as shown in the picture but carpeting that was dirty and unvacuumed.
