The Flamingo has started constructing the first “Carlos n Charlies” on the west coast! It is located next to the Sportsbook in the Flamingo, and is over 8000 square feet. It will be serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week for up to 150 people. Carlos n Charlies Las Vegas will also have an ourdoor patio that will overlook the Flamingo Pool and gardens, which will add another 150 seats to the restaurant. Full capacity will be 340 including the seats at the bar!
This lively and upbeat restaurant and bar will offer Flamingo guests a new attractive dining option. Carlos’n Charlie’s has set the standard for fun and excitement and it will be the perfect addition to the Flamingo experience. – Rick Mazer – President of the Flamingo

The menu will be authentic Mexican food, such as tacos, chimichangas, burritos, enchiladas, fajitas and others. You can also create your own guacamole with the innovative guacamole cart! Of course Carlos’n Charlie’s will also offer traditional American eats, such as burgers, BBQ ribs, chicken wings etc.
