Bill's Gamblin' Hall To Close & Renovated

Bill’s Gamblin Hall will be closing on February 4, 2013.It will be renovated with a $185 million budget, and will receive a new name as well! The serious renovation of the property (as we previously reported here), will feature 65,000 square foot rooftop pool addition, and will certainly have some great views thanks to its mid-strip placement! (Hopefully the Eiffel tower isn’t blocked tooo much by Bally’s but likely will).

Drai Management Group, who currently run the ship for the after-hours club at the property, will be operating a Dayclub/Nightclub at the property once reopened. The club(s) are expected to be ready late 2014.

The steakhouse at Bill’s closed a while back, however there will be a new restaurant on the hotel’s second floor once the renovations are done. The guest rooms are also scheduled to be revamped.

This all is going on as The Linq, a $550 Million dollar development by Caesars Entertainment is going on. There is a LOT of updates coming to the centre strip, not to mention The Quad!

We need a Dave and Buster’s in Las Vegas.

Had a lot of memorable times with good friends at Bill’s. Guess there won’t be any more $50 rooms there once renovations are done. Always liked Bill’s due to its close proximity to Ellis Island.
