That’s right. Not only will Gordon Ramsay have “Gordon Ramsay Steak” in Paris, Las Vegas, he is also set to open another eatery in Caesars Palace. The “Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill” is expected to open in late 2012. It will be taking over the place of the Bradley Ogden restaurant inside Caesars Palace (used to be across from the Coliseum near the Forum Casino).

This will be a PUB, so don’t expect Michelin star fine dining, but the food IS expected to have some kind of Ramsay-esque quality to it. It will have a “lively and approachable English pub-style setting,” and will featured standard British pub food such as fish & chips, roasted chicken, and bangers and mash. Also very British…. over 40 different types of beer!
The decor will also match the food, with traditional English-type decorations such as red telephone booths. The restaurant is expected to seat around 300 people, and will also have a private dining area, and a patio that extends into the casino!
The pub will be up and running in time for “The Linq” to open across the street near the Flamingo. The Linq is a 550 million dollar retail and restaurant space currently under construction by Caesars Entertainment.
