“The Linq Tenants” -> Just announced on October 1st, 2012, The Linq has released the first round of retailers and restaurants that will be located at The Linq.  In case you haven’t heard, The Linq is a $550 million dollar establishment being constructed by Caesars Entertainment.

And the list!

Chayo Mexicano at The Linq Vegas will offer up some upscale casual dining, with multiple bars, dining rooms, patio, and the ‘peice-de-la-resistance’…. a mechanical bull! (That will bring some excitement for the younger crowd). Of course they will feature some great Mexican food by Executive Chef Carlos Garcia Rios.  To keep the place busy at night, there will be live DJ’s spinning salsa, house, hip hop and top 40.

Koto, a oddities store, will make its debut in Las Vegas at The Linq.

Back to the food category, “Off the Strip Bistro” will be a the Las Vegas Linq. It’s an Italian eatery that will have a laid back feeling, open kitchen (so you can see the food being prepared), and offer up traditional Italian eats, such as chicken, pasta, fish, etc.

Keeping the offerings diverse, such as the Miracle Mile (which isn’t that far away…) Bella Scarpa will head up some of the footwear options. Bells Scarpa will offer a collection of platforms and heels, to all sorts of.. fun… female… type… footware.

F.A.M.E. aka Food Art Music Entertainment (Hey, fits “the Linq” perfect!) will create the popular Asian Night Market vibe, with a lounge, Asian food vendors, and live Asian themed entertainment.

Ruby Blue comes in with some accessories, featuring some hot trends is costume jewellery. You will also find some sexy lingerie, bustiers and other assorted sexual clothing that will bring some novelty to the bedroom.

Yard House will be opening a restaurant/bar right across from The High Roller Observation Wheel, and will be the largest Yard House in the USA.  Also known for their incredible beer selections, this will be a casual american, classic rock-esque type eatery for everyone.

Tilted Kilt brings some flare to The Linq with its Celtic themed sports bar, staffed with gorgeous girls serving in kilts and bras. This will be the first Tilted Kilt in Las Vegas… we can only imagine how busy this place will be, and how… attractive… the servers will look.

For those pizza lovers, Flour and Barley will make them properly, with fresh ingredients, house-made toppings and sauces, and a wood-fire pizza oven. How could anyone resist that?? Wood and brick decor with marble bartop and white/red checkered table tops, and vintage sports photography.

That’s all the information that’s been made available so far, as more info is available, we’ll do our best to keep you informed. As mentioned in other posts, we are expecting The Linq to open in December 2013, although Caesars has only ‘officially’ said “Late 2013”. More info on the opening of The Linq here.

Sorry, there are no polls available at the moment.

“Off the Strip” Las Vegas is opening a location on the Strip? What’s next, Stripburger in Summerlin?

  2. Chris Mavyan says:

Las Vegas needs a Dave and Busters.

  3. margaret says:

how about someplace one can AFFORD to eat/drink? Red Lobster-Applebees, etc.

  4. Dated TIlted Kilt girl says:

Tilted kilt has HORRID food. I mean, deplorably revolting. I am married to an ex titled kilt hostess, so i used to go quite often (paranoia/horny friends). I never ate the same thing as I was constantly looking for something I could tolerate. Just the worst food you could imagine. It was as if they took it from the freezer and microwaved it then sold it as their recipe. I can’t believe that is the thing most people are looking forward to. PS. It’s not the first in Vegas. That’s where the company started. The Rio.

  5. Kilt is not the same as the Rio one. says:

The Kilt is not the same as the original one at the Rio. It’s evolved into a national chain into 24 states and Canada known for good food along with everything else. I think that shows why it received the most votes for people being interested. “This is not your fathers Oldsmobile” LOL
